Select a standard flange, or enter your own dimensions, and get a fully dimensioned, to-scale front and section view laid out on a Forgepoint drawing sheet with title block. The drawing exports as SVG, PDF or DXF for use in your own CAD or documents.

What it gives you

Method and standards

Dimensions come from the ASME B16.5 (Class 150 to 2500) and EN 1092-1 (PN 6 to PN 100) tables built into the site. Custom mode lets you draw a non-standard flange from your own measurements. Bolt hole pitch is drawn straddling the vertical centreline in the usual way.

How to use it

  1. Choose the standard, pressure class and nominal size, or switch to custom and type the dimensions.
  2. Pick the flange type and adjust the hub length or bore if needed.
  3. Fill in the title block and download SVG, DXF or print to PDF.

Questions engineers ask

Is the DXF usable in CAD?
Yes. The DXF contains the drawn geometry as lines and circles on layers, so it opens in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion, DraftSight and most other packages.
Does it cover EN 1092-1 flanges?
Yes. EN 1092-1 PN 6 to PN 100 in DN 15 to DN 600 are included alongside ASME B16.5 NPS ½ to 24.
Can I use the drawing for manufacture?
Treat it as a reference drawing. Confirm the dimensions against the current standard and your specification before issuing it for manufacture.
Reference use only. Every Forgepoint tool is a prototype under active development. Results have not been independently verified and must be checked by a qualified engineer against the applicable design code before use in design, specification, procurement or safety assessment.
